1. General Refund Policy

• Payments made towards the purchase of residential or commercial properties are generally non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned in the agreement.
• Refunds will only be considered in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the respective property Booking Agreement or Sale Agreement.

2. Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel their booking:

• Cancellation Before Agreement: A nominal cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 30–45 business days.
• Cancellation After Agreement: Refunds will be processed based on the terms and conditions stated in the agreement signed between the buyer and Om Sai Group Realty. Any deductions, including administrative fees, will apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• Cancellation initiated as per the terms mentioned in the signed agreement.
• Failure by Om Sai Group Realty to deliver the project due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case refunds will be issued after proper verification.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund, clients must submit a written application, along with supporting documents, to our registered office or via email at omsaigroup123@gmail.com
• Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 30–45 business days using the same method as the original payment.

5. Non-Refundable Payments

• Any payments made towards processing fees, taxes, registration charges, or legal documentation are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered.

6. Changes to This Policy

Om Sai Group Realty reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on our official website and will take effect immediately.
